Four Seasons Bogotá and Casa Medina Bogotá seek a Director of People & Culture to lead strategic and operational HR across two luxury properties, partnering with the General Manager and leadership teams to shape people strategies and deliver exceptional employee experiences.

We value a growth mindset, strong communication, and the ability to balance strategic planning with day‑to‑day operations. Fluency in Spanish and English and prior luxury hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, hospitality, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in luxury hotel HR leadership.
• Strong budgeting and financial acumen.
• Proven change leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead People & Culture strategy for two Four Seasons properties.
• Oversee benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and compliance.
• Drive talent development and succession planning.
• Monitor budgeting and cost controls for P&C.
• Champion diversity, inclusion and wellbeing programs.
