Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief Business Analyst to lead requirements and delivery coordination for cross-functional software development. You will connect business and technical stakeholders, drive traceability through the lifecycle, and support UAT and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, defining success criteria, coordinating across teams, and creating user-facing documentation to ensure successful releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business analysis on technical/software projects.
• Proven stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering.
• Strong requirements lifecycle management with traceability and change control.
• Hands-on data analysis to support insights, metrics, and KPI reporting.
• Strong Agile or hybrid delivery experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent documentation for requirements, process flows, user guides, and artifacts.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for collaboration and documentation.

We are seeking a Chief Business Analyst to lead requirements and delivery coordination for a cross-functional software development effort. You will connect business and technical stakeholders, drive traceability through the lifecycle, and support UAT and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define success criteria and acceptance criteria for initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
• Coordinate communication and alignment across business, product, and technical stakeholders
• Track delivery progress, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Plan and run UAT by defining scenarios, scheduling sessions, and capturing results
• Maintain requirements traceability through design, development, testing, and deployment
• Validate that implemented solutions meet requirements and secure business sign-off before release
• Create user-facing documentation for new functionality, behaviors, and workflows
• Support post-deployment validation and capture lessons learned and best practices

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience on technical/software development projects
• Proven stakeholder management experience across business, product, and engineering groups
• Strong requirements lifecycle management skills including traceability and change control
• Hands-on data analysis skills to support insights, metrics, and KPI reporting
• Strong Agile or hybrid delivery experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent documentation skills for requirements, process flows, user guides, and project artifacts
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for daily collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

• Business Analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
• Project or Agile certification such as PMP or CSM
• Experience with complex enterprise software products
• Experience with system integration or modernization initiatives
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
