Job summary

Citi in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a LATAM CSC Payments Analyst (C10) to ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. This intermediate role focuses on applying technical concepts to recommend process improvements and deliver team outputs efficiently.

Responsibilities include researching technology capabilities, partnering with vendors and operations teams, and driving compliant, high-quality outputs within defined SLAs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research, identify and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touch points.
• Research current treasury and client operational trends and suggest solutions.
• Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams to prototype innovative solutions.
• Propose and implement solutions that will increase operating efficiency and lead to an improved client experience.
• Assist efforts to help drive high rates of client adoption.
• Ensure requirements are clearly stated and that business and client needs are met throughout development.
• Apply structured thinking, analytical rigor, and creativity in approaching work to refine methodologies.
