Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Job Architecture.
• Proven experience designing career paths or role architectures.
• Strong ability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.
• Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with T.A Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs.
