We are searching for a highly experienced, business-facing Business Solution Architect to guide a critical Revenue Cloud implementation.
Responsibilities
- Function as the direct IT counterpart to the Business ARM Product Owner and jointly run discovery and alignment sessions with core business units such as Sales, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
- Turn complex business processes and pricing logic into thorough functional designs and well-defined user stories for the development teams
- Craft and refine ARM workflows within a partner portal environment, ensuring the system accommodates multi-tier channel sales models where pricing flows to distributors and resellers rather than directly to end customers
- Engage closely with a globally distributed IT Center of Excellence, encompassing Program Managers, Solutions Architects in Canada, Developers in India, and Salesforce/ARM Admins
- Work alongside the QA team in India to verify that test plans accurately mirror the functional designs and business intent embedded in the user stories
- Coordinate and interact effortlessly with an external Systems Integrator partner currently assisting with the ARM rollout
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership, architect, owner, or coordinator role
- Involvement in at least 2 projects, or a proven history of launching a product or key product capabilities to the market
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade programs that are multi-workstream, involve 5 or more FTEs, and stretch across multiple years
- Applied expertise using Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Thorough end-to-end understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) landscape and full lifecycle
- Solid track record working with partner portals and managing the intricacies of multi-tier channel models together with distributor pricing limits
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interpret and explain technical system functionalities directly to non-technical business leaders, such as outlining ARM architecture constraints for Finance and Legal
- Strong background in preparing functional specifications, crafting user stories, and linking business needs with technical execution within Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent written and spoken English at C1 business level, together with executive-quality presentation skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce CPQ for configuration, pricing, and quoting processes
- Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud for building partner and customer portals
