BairesDev is seeking a Business Process Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, document processes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement systems that boost operational efficiency and deliver measurable value.

You will analyze processes, translate needs into specifications, and support testing and deployment of enhancements, acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
