Piper Companies is seeking a Business Analyst to support enhancements of medical record shareholdings in Columbia, MD. You will partner with stakeholders and software teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and help deliver healthcare technology solutions that improve patient care and secure data exchange.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of BA experience, a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, and Agile/Scrum familiarity.

• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-paced development environment
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Experience managing multiple priorities and monthly release cycles

Responsibilities for the Business Analyst

• Keep projects on track and support releases.

Qualifications for the Business Analyst

• 2-3+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Agile/Scrum experience in a fast-paced development environment
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations

Compensation for the Business Analyst include

• -$90,000 - $105,000 annually *depending on experience*
