You will oversee operations, coordinate with analysts, and drive improvements in content quality and team performance.

The role blends office-first collaboration with a hybrid work model, offering growth in a fast-paced sports-tech environment and shaping fan experiences through live data and broadcasts.

Formación

• Requires excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant sports and betting industry basics.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations.
• Manage internal and external communication.
• Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the streaming service.
• Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow.
• Follow all internal rules and regulations.
• Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency.
• Set daily standards for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
