You will plan, manage, and optimize performance, ensuring high-quality streaming and reporting. The role requires strong English, sports knowledge, and the ability to train and mentor staff in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of the relevant sports.
• Basic knowledge of the betting industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good PC and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations.
• Manage internal and external communication.
• Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the streaming service.
• Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow.
• Follow all internal rules and regulations.
• Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency.
• Demonstrate expected standards in daily operations and behavior, setting the benchmark for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
