WSP USA is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the management, coordination, and delivery of BIM projects for mechanical and electrical disciplines across building projects. You will ensure compliance with corporate standards and implement innovative BIM solutions to drive operational excellence.

The role requires advanced Revit/Navisworks/Revizto/Dynamo proficiency, a track record in multidisciplinary coordination, and the ability to guide teams through BIM standards and digital transformation

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Construction, Architecture or related field.
• Certifications in BIM Coordination/Management preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience leading BIM projects and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM management and coordination activities for building mechanical and electrical projects.
• Oversee production, coordination, and delivery of BIM models.
• Contribute to development and improvement of corporate BIM standards.
• Prepare BEP, BIM Management Plans, EIRs and related deliverables.
• Develop and coordinate BIM models for mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Conduct model audits and QC reviews to ensure BIM standards compliance.
• Serve as BIM technical expert within project teams.
• Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Configure and manage Autodesk Forma, Revizto, Bluebeam and Clarity platforms.
• Prepare BIM coordination and progress reports.
• Support evolution and implementation of BIM technologies.
• Drive innovation, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training to internal users.
• Promote adoption of new BIM technologies and best practices.
• Ensure ISO 19650 standards are applied across projects.
• Encourage AI and automation tools to optimize BIM workflows.
