Hatch is seeking a BIM/CAD Systems Implementation Specialist to deploy, configure, and support its integrated design tool suite within the Project Automation Technology group. This role ensures data quality and consistency across engagement lifecycles and aligns with Hatch's Digital Project Delivery standards.

The specialist will drive customization, integration, and technical support for Bentley/Autodesk tools, manage templates and libraries, and enable efficient collaboration across

Formación

• A recognized degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5-10 years of IT/engineering tech in EPCM environments.
• Automation, data modeling, and data integration knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of Bentley MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Experience with OpenPlant, Plant 3D, and related tools.
• Windows OS, networking, and Office tools (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio).
• SQL Server/MySQL programming and DB concepts.
• Programming: .NET, C#/C++, VB/VBA, PowerShell.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with BIM principles, ISO 19650/15926 is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and set up design tools and templates for engagements.
• Identify and pilot automation opportunities for design tools.
• Configure tools to meet engineering standards and GIS needs.
• Deliver onboarding and training materials on tool processes.
• Manage access, permissions, and security models for design tools.
• Coordinate design file conversions and language translations.
• Assist with archiving and handover of design data.
