Amrize is seeking a university student for a billing-related internship in Medellín. You will support the billing process for clients in the assigned country and help ensure compliance with internal standards. The role involves handling orders, invoices, and related documents, with opportunities to learn SAP and data management.

The position offers exposure to corporate finance processes, benefits, and a chance to contribute to process improvements within a growing construction materials company.

Formación

• Currently pursuing university studies in accounting, business, finance or related administrative field.
• No more than 1 year of experience in billing, customer service or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in Office suite; knowledge of databases is a plus.

Monitor and support the billing process, complying with policies, procedures, service agreements, internal ARS standards, and promoting and driving improvement measures to ensure customer (business/country) or external satisfaction and positively impact financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the correct functioning of the billing process for clients in the assigned country.
• Comply with policies and parameters established by the organization for billing.
• Monitor the process to positively impact sales and service agreements.
• Manage the creation, tracking, and administration of orders, contracts, invoices, and notes (debit/credit).
• Handle all required documentation for billing services, goods, and expenses.
• Resolve identified issues and inconsistencies in the process, following established policies.
• Identify and propose improvements in the execution of activities to meet service levels.
• Perform all other functions related to the nature of the position delegated by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Last-semester university student (or sixth (6th) semester completed) in administrative careers: Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Finance, among others.
• Less than one (1) year of experience in billing, customer service, accounting roles, or commercial processes.
• Proficiency in Office suite: G Suite - Intermediate or advanced. SAP (Desirable). Knowledge of databases (Desirable).
