The Zone Podcast is seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager to strengthen the digital presence of our brands, projects, and clients. The role blends strategy, content creation, community management, and coordination across multiple accounts, with fluent English and Spanish writing.

You will collaborate with designers, content creators, and clients, monitor analytics, and leverage AI tools to improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent writing skills in both languages.
• Experience in social media management, digital strategy, content marketing, or community management.
• Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge and practical experience using artificial intelligence tools.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience monitoring analytics and transforming data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in graphic design, video editing, SEO, paid advertising, podcast promotion, or personal-brand management will be considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute social media and content strategies.
• Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across multiple platforms.
• Manage several social media accounts and client projects simultaneously.
• Write and edit engaging content in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain each brand’s tone, identity, and editorial consistency.
• Manage online communities and respond to comments and messages.
• Coordinate content calendars, campaigns, approvals, and deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Use artificial intelligence tools to support content creation, research, planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, content creators, and clients.
• Support paid advertising, SEO, and digital campaigns when required.
