Mpower Sourcing is seeking a Bilingual Sales & Reservations Specialist to support a U.S.-based furnished rental company offering short-term and monthly stays. The role focuses on handling guest inquiries, following up with prospective guests, and converting leads into confirmed reservations.

The ideal candidate will have strong sales and customer service skills, excellent written communication, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience serving U.S.-based clients in short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via messaging, email, and phone calls.
• Strong sales skills including lead follow-ups, objection handling, and converting prospective guests into bookings.
• Excellent writing, grammar, and attention to detail when communicating with guests.
• Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, HubSpot or similar booking/CRM platforms is a plus.
