Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in legal, immigration, professional services, or sales involving complex client decisions preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Sales Paralegals and Assistants with clear performance expectations and processes.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-on-one meetings, and performance evaluations based on data and quality results.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends and root causes, and translate findings into coaching and follow-up actions.
• Oversee pipeline management, follow-up, and timely case openings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate performance reporting and document actions and outcomes, escalating as needed.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful culture and reinforce the firm’s values while achieving targets.
