TaskUs is hiring a Quality Analyst in Colombia to design end-to-end test plans and ensure the platform delivers on functionality, performance, reliability, and compatibility with legacy or external systems. You will audit interactions, coach agents, and drive quality initiatives across the campaign/LoB.

Required: bilingual English/Spanish (minimum B2 in English), 1+ year QA experience or 2 years college, and basic Excel/Sheets skills with familiarity in basic quality tools.

Formación

• Bilingual in English & Spanish with at least a B2 in English.
• At least 2 years in college (BS or BA preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Quality Analyst.

Responsabilidades

• Audit calls/interactions/transactions for aligned agents.
• Coach agents for performance improvement.
• Report performance for aligned span on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Provide inputs for briefings and training needs.
• Partner with team leads to improve metrics.
• Identify and elevate quality issues per process.
• Isolate and report defects; verify fixes.
• Suggest process improvements based on customer concerns.
