You will annotate materials, build reference packs, and ensure consistency of messaging across brands, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet submission standards.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading with high accuracy.
• Experience with structured annotation and reference matching workflows.
• Ability to follow detailed style guides (AMA, brand) consistently.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple brands.
• Clear professional English for routing comments to US teams.

Responsibilities

• Annotate promotional and medical materials for MLR submission.
• Build reference citation lists and highlighted reference packs.
• Prepare final job packages for medical/legal/regulatory review.
• Route and track review comments across stakeholders with audit trail.
• Maintain consistency of approved claims and messaging across all jobs for a brand.
• Cross-check ISI/fair balance language against approved sources.
• Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams to keep multiple jobs on schedule.
