Bush & Bush Law Group in Valle del Cauca, Sur seeks a Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to be the first contact for potential clients. You will gather information, explain processes, and provide compassionate, professional client service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have high school diploma (or equivalent), English and Spanish fluency, and experience in customer service or legal intake.

Formación

Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Experience in legal environment or customer service/intake preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer focus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills for multitasking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management software.
Empathetic, compassionate demeanor to assist clients in need.

Responsabilidades

Inbound call management from clients involved in auto accidents.
Gather essential information regarding the accident and potential representation.
Explain legal processes and firm services to clients and answer queries.
Document and organize client information for attorneys.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and update systems.
Collaborate with the legal team to progress cases and support documents.
