Marsh in Bogotá, Colombia, is hiring a Bilingual Operations Analyst to support insurance operations for Puerto Rico-based clients. You will manage tasks, communicate with carriers, and ensure on-time deliveries with accurate data entry.

The role requires Advanced English and Spanish, Excel and MS Office fluency, and Power BI knowledge is a plus. It offers a hybrid schedule (3 in office, 2 remote) and full-time employment.

Formación

• Professional degree or nearing graduation in Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in Banking, Credit cards, US-based BPO, or US insurance policies.
• Advanced English and Spanish required.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned tasks through a workflow system.
• Email insurance carriers to support requests and follow-ups.
• Track deliveries and confirm timely completion with carriers.
• Follow up with clients on deliveries and resolve issues.
• Support report preparation, data entry, and internal database maintenance.
• Help the team meet SLAs, KPIs and business goals.
• Assist senior team members with special projects and process improvements.
• Contribute to high-quality service delivery and operational compliance.
