Mangone Law Firm, LLC, a New Jersey-based immigration law firm, seeks a bilingual immigration paralegal and/or declarations writer to join remotely. The role requires fluent Spanish-English and experience in humanitarian immigration cases.

You will draft client declarations, assemble legal packets, and support case workflows while communicating with clients in both languages. We offer professional development, a dynamic remote work environment, and a chance to impact clients’ lives nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Minimum 6 months of humanitarian immigration case experience (VAWA, T visa, U visa, etc.).
• Experience taking declarations and drafting legal documents.
• Basic knowledge of immigration documents, processes, and workflows.
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately.

• Packet preparation: prepare middle-role legal packets—cover letters, correspondence, and forms—using templates and case details.

Role Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and (or) Declarations Writer to join our dynamic team! This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish-English).

Requirements

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)
• Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
• Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately

• Packet Preparation: Prepare middle-role legal packets—including cover letters, correspondence, and forms—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details
