Job summary

LATAM Hiring Partners seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist for a remote, part-time role (~20 hours/week) serving a mental health practice with nationwide telehealth in Latin America. You will drive LinkedIn and email outreach to immigration attorneys, craft compelling copy, and build content for Instagram and TikTok, reflecting the founder's empathetic voice.

This performance-driven position starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing with samples.
• Comfort with performance data and tracking results.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social content creation (Instagram, TikTok).
• Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategy across LinkedIn, email, and emerging social channels to grow visibility among referring attorneys and prospective clients.
• Write copy, captions, and messaging reflecting the founder's voice and the practice's empathetic positioning.
• Create scripts and content ideas for founder-led video content; format for publication across channels.
• Use AI tools to edit, design, and produce visuals and short-form video content.
• Apply SEO and AI-search optimization to surface well in search results.
• Manage LinkedIn outreach and direct messaging to immigration attorneys; support cold email campaigns and analyze engagement data.
• Develop client-facing content to help prospects evaluate the practice and its services.
• Track and report marketing performance; participate in regular reviews and tests.
