Wings Global Travel is seeking experienced Corporate Travel Consultants to join our team of specialists, supporting both LATAM clients and global corporate accounts.

Main Responsibilities

• Process and respond promptly to all travel requests, modifications, and inquiries, ensuring client requirements are met at all times.
• Arrange and book global air, land, and sea travel following company and client travel policies.
• Work efficiently and accurately, providing correct documentation within required timelines.
• Ensure all quotes and travel documentation comply with the client’s travel policy.
• Advise travelers regarding visa, health, and entry requirements when necessary.
• Prioritize the use of approved preferred suppliers.
• Monitor travel-related issues proactively, informing clients of relevant changes and managing necessary updates to bookings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in corporate travel consulting.
• Mandatory GDS expertise: Sabre and Amadeus.
• English C1 and Portuguese, strong ability to speak, read, and write both languages professionally.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Strong business writing skills and ability to communicate professionally with corporate clients.
