Hammack Law Firm in Colombia is seeking a compassionate, highly organized Case Manager to serve as the primary contact for personal injury clients during their treatment phase, combining client-facing service with precise administrative work.

You will meet clients, coordinate with medical providers, and enter and organize documents in Filevine and Lead Docket, while maintaining clear communication and tracking case milestones.

Formación

• Experience with client-facing roles and case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Filevine, Lead Docket and Vinesign preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a compassionate point of contact for clients during treatment phases.
• Meet with clients, explain processes, set expectations, and answer questions.
• Maintain proactive client communication via phone, email, text, and in-person meetings.
• Enter, upload, label, and organize case information and documents in Filevine and Lead Docket.
• Prepare documents for electronic signature and track completion.
• Track medical treatments, appointments, case milestones, and deadlines across matters.
• Review files for missing information and escalate concerns early.
• Support intake by screening leads and scheduling appointments in Lead Docket.
• Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and the Director of Client Acquisition to ensure smooth progress.
