Coranza Growth Partners is seeking a seasoned Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to manage books and payroll for a portfolio of U.S. business clients.

This role requires independence, the ability to handle multiple deadlines, and problem-solving with minimal supervision. You will work on QuickBooks Online, perform reconciliations, manage AR/AP, and ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet reporting, while handling payroll processes and tax filings.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
• Experience with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines independently.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1) to work directly with U.S. clients.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly bookkeeping for multiple U.S. business clients in QuickBooks Online.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Review and properly categorize transactions.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Review Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts for accuracy.
• Identify, research and correct accounting discrepancies.
• Complete month-end closing and prepare financial reports.
• Process weekly, biweekly and monthly payroll.
• Manage payroll changes, bonuses, deductions and reimbursements.
• Review payroll tax filings, W-2s and quarterly reports.
• Communicate professionally with U.S. clients by email and phone.

Coranza Growth Partners is hiring on behalf of a growing U.S. tax planning, accounting and financial advisory firm. The firm serves business clients year-round through bookkeeping, payroll, tax planning, business advisory and Fractional CFO services.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to manage the books and payroll for a portfolio of U.S. business clients. This is not an entry-level role: you will work independently, manage multiple clients and deadlines, solve problems and deliver with minimal supervision.

What you will do

• Manage monthly bookkeeping for multiple U.S. business clients in QuickBooks Online
