Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Performance Manager BI for IFM to drive performance excellence and maximize efficiency across facilities in the Bogota region. You will define KPIs, analyze data, and deliver insights to support service delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires BI tool proficiency (Tableau/Power BI), strong analytical abilities, and collaboration with operations teams to implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in business, engineering, data science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in performance management, BI, or data analytics in IFM or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure and improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities across the region.
• Collaborate with facility managers and operations teams to establish performance improvement plans and drive accountability.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to track performance, trends, and business indicators.
• Provide training and guidance on the use of performance management and BI tools to stakeholders.
