InterScripts in Medellín, Colombia is seeking a BI Developer/Analyst to turn data into insights, design dashboards, and support data-driven decisions across teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of BI experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on work with Power BI, Tableau or Looker, plus ETL and data modeling capabilities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Medellín.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related roles.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into data warehouses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to business teams.
• Optimize and maintain database queries and data models.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
• Document processes, data flows, and reporting logic.
