ScotiaGBS Colombia del grupo Scotiabank is seeking an Analyst, Business Intelligence to design KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights. You will collaborate with process owners and guide reporting standards across teams to drive improvements.
The role emphasizes data visualization excellence, timely reporting, and analysis to support management decisions. 1–2 years of experience and strong SQL/Python skills are desired.
Formación
- 1–2 years of experience with large, complex datasets.
- Experience with data analytics, BI, reporting, or data engineering teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with Power BI, MS Excel, VBA, Access, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with AML is a plus.
- Strong analytical reasoning with limited data insight.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with process owners to define KPIs and performance metrics (KPI/SLA).
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with business needs.
- Guide best practices in data visualization and reporting for clarity and impact.
- Lead development of high-impact dashboards by gathering requirements and planning."
- Monitor AOC activities in alignment with policy and standards.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management briefings and reports to support decision-making.
