EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead DevOps Cloud Engineer to design automated cloud platform capabilities on Microsoft Azure and balance reliability with delivery speed. You will lead build-and-release automation, infrastructure delivery, and operational excellence while partnering with teams to improve security and resilience.
The role requires strong leadership, extensive Azure IaC experience, and a proactive approach to automation, monitoring, and incident response.
Formación
- 5+ years DevOps and cloud engineering experience on Microsoft Azure.
- 5+ years Azure DevOps experience with automated deployments using Azure Pipelines and Azure Repos.
- Lead-level leadership skills to guide a multidisciplinary DevOps team.
- Strong project ownership to balance reliability, security, and cost.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement Azure-based delivery pipelines to improve reliability and speed.
- Build and deploy cloud resources using IaC with ARM templates.
- Develop automation using Azure DevOps, Pipelines, and Repos.
- Operate and monitor services with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Improve incident response using SRE principles to reduce toil and increase automation.
- Ensure security controls and onboarding practices for teams.
