Formación

• Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and services.
• Hands-on scripting or coding with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and Contact Flow Design.
• Experience with Lambda, CloudFormation, and call routing.
• Ability to lead enterprise-level technical initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Advanced English level (C1) required.

AWS Technical Architect (Bogota, Colombia)

We are seeking an experienced AWS Technical Architect on behalf of one of our international clients, a leader in customer experience and cloud-based solutions. This individual will play a strategic role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures—particularly focused on Amazon Connect and contact center technologies.

The AWS Technical Architect will work directly with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define solutions, guide implementations, and ensure technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote position with collaboration across global teams and projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AWS cloud architecture and services
• Hands-on scripting or coding with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js
• Deep understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and Contact Flow Design
• Experience with Lambda, CloudFormation, Lex integration, and call routing
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
• Experience building API integrations, especially with WFM, CRM, and contact center systems
• Knowledge of communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP
• Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead enterprise-level technical initiatives with minimal oversight
• Advanced English level (C1) – required for communication with international teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK or Terraform
• Experience setting up monitoring and logging for AWS infrastructure
• Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Familiarity with contact center platforms like Genesys, Twilio, Avaya, Cisco
• Experience with outbound dialers and campaign management
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Certifications:
