Job summary

Smith & Nephew is seeking an AWM Supply Planner to drive end-to-end supply planning across LATAM, Canada, and the USA. This role translates demand signals into actionable plans, balancing inventory targets and service excellence.

You will lead SKU-level planning, optimize allocations, and collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to support growth across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; postgraduate studies a plus.
• Minimum 4 years in supply planning, inventory planning, or related roles.
• Experience in multinational/regional supply chain environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SKU-level weekly supply and distribution plans across the Americas.
• Manage replenishment and purchase planning for regional distribution centers.
• Lead the S&OE process aligning demand, supply, and priorities.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve stock availability risks.
• Collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
