Job summary

Smith and Nephew is seeking an AWM Supply Planner to manage end-to-end supply planning for LATAM, Canada, and the United States. You will translate demand signals into actionable supply plans while balancing inventory targets and customer needs.

You will collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to optimize allocation strategies and ensure product availability across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or related roles.
• Experience in multinational/regional supply chain environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SKU-level weekly supply and distribution plans for the Americas.
• Lead the S&OE process and align demand, supply, and priorities.
• Monitor inventory health and resolve shortages and excess stock.
• Manage planning data and parameters in Kinaxis RapidResponse and related systems.
• Collaborate with Global Supply, Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Operations.
