GCG Official in Bogotá, Colombia invites you to join our bakery team. You will label and organize bakery items, rotate stock, and prepare breads and cakes with careful attention to dates and quality.

You will perform cutting and portioning, verify presentation and product quality, and keep areas and equipment clean while adhering to hygiene standards. Be part of a diverse, growth-oriented team serving travelers and communities across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Label and properly organize bakery and pastry products.
• Rotate breads and pastries, monitor dates and conditions.
• Prepare breads, cakes, and other products.
• Cut and portion breads and cakes according to established quantities.
• Check presentation and quality of the products.
• Keep area, utensils, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene and food handling standards.

• Rotular y organizar correctamente los productos de panadería y pastelería.
• Realizar la rotación de panes y productos, controlando fechas y condiciones.
• Alistar panes, tortas y demás productos.
• Realizar el corte y porcionado de panes y tortas según las cantidades establecidas.
• Verificar la presentación y calidad de los productos.
• Mantener el área, utensilios y equipos de trabajo limpios y organizados.
• Cumplir las normas de higiene y manipulación de alimentos.
