Hitachi Energy in Colombia is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Production Worker (Entry Para-Professional S1) to support setup, operation and basic maintenance of production equipment, including machining, processing, assembly or packaging, to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

You will move, pack and sort materials, monitor output quality, and record daily production data to support performance analysis. This role is closely supervised and follows standard procedures.

Job Description:

Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment including: Operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis An Entry Para-Professional (S1) is an entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures. Work is closely supervised. Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
