Hitachi Energy Colombia S.A.S. busca un profesional para gestionar la prevención y promoción de la salud, estructurar programas HSE y coordinar entrenamientos para mantener normativas ISO y BASC.

El candidato debe liderar la agenda de valoraciones laborales, coordinar con áreas de producción, reportar novedades médicas y garantizar cumplimiento de SG-SST.

Formación

• Cinco años de experiencia en implementación de programas de bienestar y osteomusculares.
• Curso de 50 horas en SG-SST.
• Inglés intermedio B1 (deseable).

Responsabilidades

• Programar agenda para valoraciones médicas laborales.
• Reprogramar citas y asegurar exámenes pendientes.
• Informar a ingenieros y líderes de producción sobre novedades médicas laborales.
• Estructurar y hacer seguimiento de PVE y conceptos médicos laborales.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de normativas y directrices internas y externas.

Job Description: La Oportunidad Asesorar, estructurar y realizar seguimiento al programa de prevención y promoción de la salud, a través de la ejecución de actividades y planes HSE, realización de entrenamiento y capacitación, promoción de una cultura de HSE, implementación y mantenimiento de los procesos y herramientas de mejoramiento continuo; y en general, la administración de los peligros, riesgos asociados con los procesos y productos de la Organización. Lo anterior, dando cumplimiento a los requisitos de calidad (ISO 9001), ambiental (ISO 14001), eficiencia energética (ISO 50001), seguridad y salud en el trabajo (ISO 45001), acreditación de laboratorio (ISO IEC 17025) y control y seguridad BASC. Cómo vas a generar impacto Programación de agenda para valoraciones médicas laborales (periódicos, seguimientos y los requeridos desde HSE) Descargar cada concepto médico laboral, reprogramar a quienes no asisten a la citación e insistir en la realización de exámenes a quienes queden pendientes Informar a ingenieros y líderes de producción sobre novedades médicas laborales de los casos correspondientes a cada planta, área productiva y administrativa. Estructuración y seguimiento PVE actualización conforme recomendaciones de cada concepto médico laboral, recomendaciones/restricciones, mes para control (ingresos, seguimientos, periódicos y egresos) Socialización de conceptos médicos laborales a los colaboradores de la organización Responsable de garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas, procedimientos y directrices, tanto internas como externas, aplicables.

Tu Perfil Profesional en disciplinas biomecánicas/ deporte/ SST o similares Cinco años de experiencia en implementación de programas de bienestar y osteomusculares Curso de capacitación virtual de cincuenta (50) horas en el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST).
