• Experience applying standard recipes and assembling products per client specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and/or assemble products following standard recipes, cuts and assembly per client specifications.
• Ensure use and adherence to the production schedule.
• Prepare cold or hot services as indicated in production orders for institutional clients and flight crews.
• Perform hot and cold food assemblies according to client manual specifications.
• Check the cold room for raw materials and in-process products for production planning.
• Pre-stage raw materials as directed by the Production supervisor.
• Ensure foods meet weight and preparation standards.
• Maintain HACCP records for compliance.
• Record BPM standards and log temperatures during shift with real-time information.
• Use equipment according to manuals and guidance from suppliers/maintenance.
