Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You'll bridge warehouse operations and development by turning complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions, using Manhattan Scale and Active systems.

This role offers exposure to enterprise software, strong collaboration across IT and operations, and opportunities to influence supply chain execution and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT enterprise applications.
• 6–8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong WMS configuration and SQL querying skills.
• Experience with system integration standards and Agile delivery.
• CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and capture requirements into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing for complex scenarios.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
