Job summary

Constellis is seeking personnel in Colombia to ensure TMDE remains Fully Mission Capable, performing calibration checks and routine maintenance. The role involves planning tests, diagnosing issues, and repairing or replacing components to meet client specifications.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical and supervisory skills, proficient with Office software, and the ability to obtain vetting security clearance. English fluency is preferred and background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Explaining mechanical problems and possible solutions to clients
• Planning work and testing procedures using charts, experience and other organizational methods
• Testing parts and systems to ensure they work correctly
• Ensuring all critical parts are checked and tested
• Performing basic automotive care, including changing oil and rotating tires
• Repairing or replacing worn, old or defective parts of a car
• Repairing or modifying a car to a client’s specifications, if possible

Job description

Ensures that all TMDE assigned are always Fully Mission Capable (FMC). Request equipment replacement as required . Performs daily accountability and serviceability of all assigned TMDE. Makes sure prior to use that all equipment is within calibration and maintenance time frame , avoiding use equipment in bad condition. Labels checking Report any equipment out of calibration or maintenance. Using manual and computerized diagnostic methods to identify potential problems in a car
