BairesDev, a remote-first tech services leader, seeks an Auth0 Engineer to design and implement robust IAM systems for secure user authentication across diverse environments.

As a subject matter expert in identity protocols, you will drive multi-tenant authorization, federation, and secure token workflows using JWT, OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML. The role offers 100% remote work, competitive USD compensation, and flexible hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in IAM, security, or software engineering.
• Proven expertise with Auth0, Okta, or Cognito.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and RBAC/ReBAC.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain enterprise-grade identity solutions using Auth0, Okta, or Cognito to support scalable user growth.
• Implement advanced authentication flows and single sign-on (SSO) strategies across multi-tenant architectures.
• Design and govern fine-grained authorization models including RBAC and ReBAC using Zanzibar-inspired frameworks.
• Securely manage identity lifecycles by configuring JWT, SAML, and OAuth2 standards for high-performance applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate secure federation and identity workflows into the development lifecycle.
• Optimize identity system security and performance by defining best practices for token management and session handling.

As an Auth0 Engineer, you will design and implement robust identity and access management systems to ensure secure and seamless user authentication. You will act as a subject matter expert in identity protocols, streamlining the integration of complex authorization models across diverse application environments.

What we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in implementing and managing identity systems using Auth0, Okta, or Cognito.
• Proficiency in core identity protocols including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
• Hands-on experience designing secure identity workflows, multi-tenant patterns, and RBAC/ReBAC models.
• Deep understanding of fine-grained authorization and Zanzibar-inspired architectures like SpiceDB or OpenFGA.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
