Job summary

Zurich Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Auditor for Group Audit in Colombia. You will work across audit planning, scoping, risk assessment, IT controls, and reporting, collaborating with teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT Audit/IT Risk Management experience in insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of IT audit methodologies and internal control frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, ISO 27001 and COBIT are highly valued.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of tech risks (Robotics, AI, API, Cloud, Data Loss Prevention, Cyber).
• Experience in complex, international organizations.
• Familiarity with new world skills (DA, ITGC, GenAI).
• Strong project management and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Your Role

As a Senior Auditor, you will work with members of the audit team across all aspects of an audit - working through sections of audit planning, scoping, assessing key risks, the design and operational assessment, and developing reporting. You will collaborate with audit team members across Group Audit. Working with the audit team, you will develop a deep understanding of the business and its risks. You will co-develop high-quality audit approaches including leveraging Data Analytics, assess IT fundamentals and leverage GenAI. And support reporting that provide key insights and influence stakeholders in Zurich Colombia.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• High Quality Audits: Support the delivery of audits to exceptional quality, on time and with impact. Leverage Data Analytics and GenAI, assess IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.
• Insightful Reporting: Contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries.
• Build Strong Connections : Build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits.

Your Skills and Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, e.g., at a Senior Auditor or Auditor level within IT Audit, IT Risk Management or IT Management. Preferably within Insurance or Financial Services
• Good understanding of IT Audit methodologies and techniques, relevant internal control frameworks and awareness of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA, ISO 27001 and COBIT are highly valued
• Advanced English proficiency is required
• Good knowledge of technology risks and controls, including new technologies (e.g., Robotics, AI, API, Cloud, Data Loss Prevention, Cyber) and third-party/outsourcing.
• Experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations.
• Good understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks preferred.
• Experience with and good understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI)
• Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
