Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a senior-level CAT Operations leader to oversee operational activities across study projects. You will coordinate resourcing, engage as SME, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and QMD guidelines.

Formación

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus for leadership of trials.
• Experience in global clinical trials is required.
• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Identify operational needs for upcoming projects and track assignments.
• Resource CAT study projects as Resource Manager.
• Engage as SME for CAT Operations activities.
• Provide operational oversight for designated CAT study projects.
• Coordinate and manage CAT Operations team meetings.
• Oversee study risk assessments as they relate to operations activities.
• Lead departmental initiatives to improve policies and growth.
• Support vendor management and study budget development.
