Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Quality Claims Analyst in Colombia. You will interact with local and global teams including manufacturing, service, distribution, pharmacovigilance, and product quality.

You will investigate customer-reported issues to ensure product safety and compliance. The role requires a background in chemistry or related fields, 2 years of quality or regulatory experience, and strong English skills.

Formación

• Academic background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality, Production, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage post-sale surveillance from customer feedback to final response.
• Coordinate investigations with manufacturing plants, service, distribution, and global teams.
• Evaluate post-sale cases to determine regulatory reporting needs (FDA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANVISA, Health Canada).
• Maintain effective communication with Pharmacovigilance teams for follow-up on adverse events.
• Conduct due diligence with customers to obtain required information for investigations.
• Participate in audits, No Conformity investigations, and CAPA processes.
• Support regulatory notifications and ensure timely compliance with authorities.
• Promote a culture of compliance, integrity, and ethical business practices.

Tu rol en Baxter

Como Analista de Reclamos de Calidad, tendrás interacción con diferentes áreas y equipos locales y globales, incluyendo plantas de manufactura, servicio técnico, distribución, farmacovigilancia y equipos de Calidad de Producto y Diseño.

Tu trabajo será fundamental para asegurar que las situaciones reportadas por nuestros clientes sean investigadas, evaluadas y gestionadas adecuadamente, contribuyendo a la calidad y seguridad de nuestros productos.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

• Gestionar el proceso de vigilancia post venta, desde la recepción de la retroalimentación del cliente hasta la emisión de la respuesta final.

• Coordinar investigaciones relacionadas con reclamos junto con plantas de manufactura, servicio técnico, distribución y equipos globales de Calidad de Producto y Diseño.

• Evaluar los casos de vigilancia post venta para determinar la necesidad de realizar reportes ante las autoridades regulatorias aplicables, como FDA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANVISA y Health Canada, entre otras.

• Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los equipos de Farmacovigilancia para dar seguimiento a posibles acontecimientos o incidentes adversos, cuando corresponda.

• Realizar actividades de debida diligencia con clientes para obtener la información necesaria para la investigación y gestión de los casos.

• Participar activamente en auditorías, investigaciones de No Conformidad y procesos CAPA.

• Apoyar y participar en las notificaciones regulatorias aplicables, asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos por cada autoridad regulatoria.

• Promover una cultura de cumplimiento, integridad y prácticas de negocio éticas dentro de la organización.

Lo que aportarás

• Formación académica en Química, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias Farmacéuticas o carreras afines.

• 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Calidad, Producción o Asuntos Regulatorios.

• Inglés escrito, lectura, comprensión auditiva y conversación.

• Manejo de Microsoft Office.

• Pensamiento crítico y capacidad analítica.

• Orientación al cliente.

• Capacidad de colaboración y trabajo en equipo.
