Forceget is a tech-enabled global logistics and fulfillment company powering ecommerce sellers across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and DTC channels. We are seeking an Assistant Financial Controller to support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy in our financial processes.

The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Medellín, with 3 days in the office per week.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar role.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Good analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; good communication and teamwork.
• English proficiency is a must.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to join our Finance / Accounting team. In this role, you will support day-to-day financial operations, including invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations, helping ensure accuracy and efficiency across our financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform account and financial reconciliations
• Support month-end and financial reporting processes
