Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to bridge warehouse operations and IT development teams. You will transform complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions, primarily leveraging Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active, while guiding backlog, testing, and architectural decisions.

Qualifications include 10+ years in IT enterprise apps with 6–8 years on Manhattan platforms, strong WMS/configuration and SQL skills, and Agile delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT enterprise applications with 6–8 years on Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, and integration standards.
• Experience delivering with Agile frameworks and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM or equivalent; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and requirements; translate needs into epics and user stories.
• Lead technical integration across REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, DB interfaces.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Manhattan Active configurations and architecture.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
