CooperSurgical is seeking a senior Value Stream Manager for Media Manufacturing in Bogotá, Colombia, overseeing formulation, aseptic filling, and packaging in ISO cleanrooms. The role requires relocation and experience with GMP/ISO regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize production costs while ensuring delivery and quality to meet customer expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in leading high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Aseptic processing and cleanroom experience (ISO Class 5, 7, 8) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, FDA regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive cost improvements.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead Media Manufacturing value stream including formulation, aseptic filling and packaging.
• Set production priorities and allocate resources to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and People metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Maintenance, and Technical Operations to resolve issues.
• Review and approve manufacturing and quality system documentation to ensure compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team and succession plans.
• Manage departmental budgets and support cost reduction initiatives.
• Escalate customer-related quality and service issues and ensure timely resolution.
