Keyrus is seeking a senior data science leader in Colombia to architect end-to-end analytics, ML, and Generative AI initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency. You will design segmentation, propensity and AI-powered decisioning models, transforming datasets into actionable insights and production-ready assets.

Bring 6+ years in data science or AI, strong Python/SQL, and experience delivering enterprise GenAI solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years in Data Science, Analytics, AI or ML.
• Experience designing analytics and ML in business environments.
• 2+ years in Banking/Payments/Tech preferred.
• Hands-on GenAI deployment in enterprises.

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end analytics and AI initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.
• Design customer segmentation, propensity, behavioral, and AI-powered decisioning models.
• Transform complex datasets into actionable insights and AI-enabled solutions.
• Design scalable analytics and ML solutions using cloud and big data tech.
• Lead development and deployment of Generative AI models and AI agents.
