Job summary

Edgewell is seeking an AR & Credit Analyst to support accounts receivable and credit operations across LatAm, ensuring accurate customer accounts and timely order releases.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Services and Finance, perform reconciliations, monitor past-due balances, and prepare analysis for reporting.

Bachelor's degree required; SAP and Excel proficiency; 1–3 years AR experience; English preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Industrial Eng required.
• 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Strong analytical and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute collections activities for the assigned customer AR (customers or defined market).
• Perform periodic AR reconciliations of assigned accounts.
• Send customer account statements periodically and request statements for reconciliation.
• Identify payment delays and deductions; alert Sales and AR & Credit leadership.
• Follow up on past-due balances and support balance clarification efforts.
• Release sales orders in accordance with approved credit limits and terms.
• Prepare recurring AR and Credit operational reports (aging, balances, DSO data).
• Assist in monthly AR & Credit reporting and committee preparation.
