You will handle outreach, payments, and reconciliations, while collaborating with operations to ensure smooth customer experiences. English proficiency and strong analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication and the ability to resolve customer issues diplomatically.
• Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive timely cash recovery by proactively managing accounts receivable collections.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to customer segments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of outreach activities and collection outcomes.
• Manipulate and analyze data to identify trends and prepare reports.
• Manage payment applications and account reconciliations, coordinating with external parties as needed.
• Support Finance Operations with additional tasks as required.
