CloudKitchens in Bogotá is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. This entry-level role offers autonomy and flexibility for a proactive learner who can help manage collections, data, and payments.

You’ll work with spreadsheets and dashboards, resolve payment issues, and contribute to improving processes in a fast-changing environment, while collaborating with operations and customer teams.

Formación

• Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manipulate financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; data visualization is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive timely cash recovery by proactive AR collections via email and other channels.
• Develop outreach strategies and prioritize accounts based on risk.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and outcomes.
• Manipulate and analyze data to identify trends and prepare AR reports.
