Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in English required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently

Responsabilidades

• Drive timely AR collections via email and outreach.
• Develop outreach strategies by customer segments and risk.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and outcomes.
• Analyze data from spreadsheets and dashboards to identify trends.
• Prepare AR and collections reports.
• Manage payment applications and account reconciliations.
• Serve as point of contact for operations on billing and collections.
• Suggest process and data-quality improvements.
