Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel for the Andean Region to oversee comprehensive legal matters spanning corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, contracts, compliance, governance, environmental, labor and employment, and regulatory issues.

The role requires a seasoned attorney with 10–15 years of experience, fluent in English and Spanish, and an ability to serve as a strategic business partner across LATAM. Master’s degree and Colombian qualification are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified to practice law in Colombia with 10–15 years of in-house experience.
• Strong in labor and employment law and regional legal support.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and drafting/negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal coverage for the Andean Region across corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory matters.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business leaders to support objectives.
• Identify legal risks, ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies, and manage external counsel.
